To Select Your Assignments
When processing assignments from a worklist, you can complete one, many, or all assignments from the worklist window. Optionally, when you select one of the "process" functions, you can access the documents in the chart for the encounter in the viewer.
To select assignments in your worklist for further processing, do the following:
- On the Assignment Worklist window, click the name of your personal or group worklist. The system displays your worklist of assignments. The worklist being accessed is marked by an arrow icon. For a description of items on the window, see Assignment Worklist Window.
- If the list of assignments is longer than the display page, use the scroll bar or Page Up/Page Down keys to move up or down the list and view all available assignments. You can also use the Next button to navigate to the next page of the list.
- To select all assignments on the page, click the “select all” icon
at the top of the assignment selection check box column.
- To deselect all assignments on the page, click the “deselect all” icon
at the top of the check box column.
- Do one of the following:
- When the check box is selected next to each assignment that you want to complete, click the Complete button.

- To review and process only selected assignments, click the check box in front of the assignment you want, then click Process. The system displays the chart for the encounter in your last-used record view.

- With or without assignments selected, click Process All. The system displays the chart for the first encounter in your last-used record view.

- With one assignment selected, click Reassign. The system displays the Reassign Assignment window.
