During deficiency completion processing, you may want to decline deficiencies that you cannot or should not complete. Declined deficiencies are returned to a deficiency analysis queue for reanalysis. You can decline deficiencies from the worklist (one or more deficiencies) or from the Deficiency Viewer (only the deficiency active in the viewer).
