To View Your List of Assignments

The assignment worklist allows you to select a queue (or worklist) and view all workflow assignments in that queue. The module provides a list of queues on the left side of the window. Your personal worklist (My List) is at the top of the panel. All the group queues to which you belong (and that contain assignments) are listed below the line in alphabetic order. The total number of assignments in each worklist is provided following its name. Your enterprise can configure the columns displayed and the sort order.

Assignments for the selected queue are listed by default in descending order by assignment creation date, the most recent at the top of the list. The worklists can contain assignments for locked patients or locked encounters. These are viewable to users working the queue regardless of whether they have rights to locked records.

Note: The system administrator has access to all personal worklists (labeled Personal List in the worklist panel). By selecting a personal worklist for any user, the system administrator can view all assignments in that worklist. This assists in locating assignments the person may have checked out.
