Select a node (such as encounter, document, subtitle). The node is expanded and the viewer displays the first page of the first document.

Expand the tree to the page level by clicking the plus sign. The viewer displays the first page of the first document. Click on the page you want to view, or access it using the navigation buttons.

View multiple document images
|
Press the Ctrl key, then click on each document or page you need. (You can also select the encounter, subtitle, date/time, and versioned page nodes.) The currently displayed page is highlighted in blue on the tree, other selected pages are highlighted in gray. Use Page Up and Page Down keys to navigate through the selected documents. (This option is not available when the Deficiency or Assignment tab is selected.)

Use the scroll bar to move up and down the list.

Sort the list in encounter order when it is in the default document order

Click the Encounter option button under the document tree. This button toggles with the Document option button. The system saves your selection across login sessions.

Click the Expand button. Both the global and non-global document trees expand one level from what was previously displayed.

Collapse all nodes in the document tree

Click the Collapse button. Both the global and non-global document trees collapse one level from what was previously displayed. The viewer continues to display the active page, even if the page node is collapsed.

Expand a single node in the document tree

Click the + (plus) next to the node. The module expands the node, displaying subordinate nodes, and displays the page.

Click the - (minus) next to the node. The module collapses the node, hiding subordinate nodes.
