To Personalize the Viewer

You can use menu options to personalize both the way viewer buttons are displayed and the toolbars that appear on the viewer window.

Buttons

To personalize the viewer button display, do the following:

1. Click the Preferences menu item on the File menu.
2. Click Toolbars.
3. On the Preferences window, click on either:
• Large buttons with text
• Small buttons
4. Click OK.

Toolbars

To personalize the viewer toolbar display, do the following:

1. Click the Toolbars menu item on the View menu.
2. On the Toolbars list, click on any toolbar in the following list that you want to display on the viewer:
• Deficiencies
• Assignments
• Zoom
• Rotate
• View
• Edit
• Standard
• Pages
• Size
3. Close the menu by clicking elsewhere on the viewer window.
4. To reposition any toolbars that you choose to display on the viewer, grab the 'handle bar' in front of the toolbar by clicking on it with your mouse pointer. With your left mouse button held down, drag and drop the toolbar to the location that is most convenient for you. The system remembers the location across viewer sessions.
