Tooltips on the Deficiency Worklist

The deficiency worklist for each type of deficiency (signature, dictation, and missing text) contains a grid with information for each deficiency. See Information on the Deficiency Grid. Some of the fields in the grid provide tooltip help, which is additional information for the field. Tooltips are displayed when you hover the mouse pointer over the 'more information' icon .

This table provides the name of the field providing the tooltip and description of what information the system displays:

This field...	Displays this information...
Selection check box with this icon	The physician who has the deficiency checked out.
Status	Assignment date for the deficiency.
Assigned to	Relationship to the patient of the physician assigned the deficiency.
Diagnosis	Secondary diagnosis or diagnoses.
Reason	Entire text of the reason if the reason contains more than three words.
