To View Document Versions

If your enterprise has chosen to enable versioning of documents edited during signature deficiency completion, you can view versions from the document tree. The document tree with versions is available during deficiency processing in the Medical Record Viewer. To view the original version and any previous version of a document that has been text edited, do the following:

Access the document tree, which lists the documents for all the patient's encounters. When you access the window, the tree displays only the current document version by default.
Click Document or Encounter as your sort preference.
Click the Versions option.

The system displays the original and all previous document versions under the current version.

To view only the current version, click Versions again.
To view document images, click on the page node.
