Assignment Worklist Concepts
The Assignment Worklist module provides work queue functionality for HPF WebStation. The processing of assignments from individual or group work queues provides workflow automation for the routing of encounters within the enterprise. The encounters are queued to an electronic 'in-box' where one, many, or all users can access the encounters. The Assignment Worklist and Deficiency Worklist modules provide users with the ability to process both assignments and deficiencies using remote access.

In the Assignment Worklist window, you can:
- Click on column heading to have the list sorted by that topic (for example, patient name), rather than the default (assignment creation date). The system remembers the requested order for the current login session.
Your enterprise can configure the columns that are displayed in the worklist as well as the column sort order.
- View your list of assignments by queue. You can filter assignments by various workflow queues - personal (or individual), and group. In the group queue list, the module provides only queues to which you have access permission (and which have at least one assignment).
- Print your list of assignments by queue using the print icon on the title bar.
- Process one, many, or all assignments by selecting the check box next to the assignment and clicking Process or Process All.
- Complete one or more assignments from the worklist.
- Create a physician query.
- Delete one or more assignments.
- Add an assignment from the viewer.
- Reassign an assignment from the Assignment Worklist.
- Reassign an assignment from the Assignment Viewer.
- Access the viewer to view document images associated with the assignment (after you make a selection from the worklist).
