To View Bookmarked Pages
After you mark pages, you can view the bookmarked pages using the Bookmarks tab in the Content panel.
To view bookmarked pages, do the following:
- When you have marked the pages you need, click the Bookmarks tab in the Content panel. The bookmarks are listed in document type order. Each bookmarked item displays: Document type, Encounter number, Admission date and time, subtitles separated by commas, and page number.
- Optionally, to reorganize the bookmarks in the list, do one of the following:
- Click on a bookmark and use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to move the bookmark up or down the list.
- Use drag and drop to reposition the bookmark. To drag and drop a bookmark, you must click once to highlight it, and click it again to select it to drag and drop.
- When the bookmarks are in the order you need, do one of the following:
- Click on the pages in the Bookmarks list to review the pages.
- Use the navigation buttons to navigate bookmarked pages.
- Optionally, to remove one or all bookmarks, click on a bookmark and use the Remove or Remove All buttons. You can select multiple bookmarks to remove by clicking the bookmark and pressing the Ctrl key. (The system also removes bookmarks when you have completed the deficiency or end the viewer session.)
- To return to normal view, click another tab or exit the viewer.
