This list describes the viewer options that are saved across login sessions based on your last selection:

Viewer size and location
'Display (COLD) as text' setting
Record View
Document tree sort order: Document or Encounter
Viewer sizing: Fit to Width, Fit to Height, Best Fit, Actual Size (percentage zoom)
Toolbars displayed
Toolbar location (including AutoSign)
Font selection and size
Zoom setting
Rotate setting

The system saves a different set of display options for each of the three viewer types: Deficiency Viewer, Assignment Viewer, and Medical Record Viewer/Encounter Viewer.

Note: Settings are saved when you close the viewer from the menu, toolbar, Windows 'close' button, suspend, auto-logoff, or Alt+F4. Settings are not saved if the application is closed and the viewer is left open, or if the viewer is closed by a power failure or similar shut-down function.
