The File menu on the viewer provides the menu items in the following list. When menu items have a corresponding button on the toolbar, the button icon is provided, as are any accelerator keys.
Item descriptions
The following list describes the menu and toolbar items:
Print
Allows you to print bookmarked pages or a full, multi-page bookmarked document. Displays the standard Windows Print dialog box.
Note: You must have the Print/Fax and Export to Print/PDF permissions enabled on your user profile, and the Export to Print/PDF feature must be enabled for your enterprise.
Preferences
Allows you to select the button size for viewer buttons. Large buttons have labels. Also allows you to configure a personal record view.
Exit (Alt+F4)
The system closes the viewer and returns you to the appropriate module.
