To Print Your List of Deficiencies

To print your list of deficiencies by deficiency type, do the following:

1. On the deficiency worklist, select your individual worklist or your group's worklist from the Deficiency Worklists panel.
2. Specify the deficiency type by clicking on:
• Signature
• Dictation
• Missing Text
3. Click the Print button. The system displays the Print Options dialog box.
4. Do one of the following:
• To print only the displayed page, click the Current Page option.
• To print all deficiencies in the worklist (up to the first 5000), click the All Deficiencies option.

Note: If there are more than 5000 deficiencies in the worklist and you elect to print, the system prints the first 5000 deficiencies in the order they appear in the print preview.

5. Click OK. The system reformats the list for printing and displays it on the screen.
6. Click the Print button on the window. The system displays the standard Windows Print dialog box allowing you to order your print job.
7. To ensure all of the columns print on the page, select Landscape orientation.
8. Select any other printing options you need and click the OK or Print button.

Note: If the standard Windows Print dialog box is displayed and the session is suspended or auto-logoff occurs, either print or click Cancel to close the dialog box. To prevent unauthorized users from printing the worklist, ensure that you do not leave the Print dialog box active on the workstation.

About Printing Landscape

The print dialog is controlled by the Windows Operating System and automatically defaults to Portrait orientation. The Web browser has no control over this function so the user must manually change to Landscape orientation prior to printing a document in landscape mode. Landscape mode is the recommended mode to print all columns in the worklist.
